I have only had these now for a short period of time but have gone through them and like what i see so far.
The glass seems to be great, as it’s very clear and bright. Compared to the Vortex vipers i ran before, i would say an absolute upgrade.
The rangefinder is simple and does what i need it to. Compared it to my Vortex Viper 3000 and the ranges were within a yard or two of each other. Also it ranges very fast.
The few minor negatives i have noticed is the weight as they’re a little heavy. Other than that, it would be the rangefinder display in the bright light, as it can be hard to see at times.
Honestly for the price, id say that these are a solid buy.

It’s a great eyepiece, the view is clear, it’s like a walk in to the stars. Matt answered all my questions, i acctually I’m waiting too for a sun catcher, super recomended
To connect the device to an app it said it needed a firmware update. The firmware update didn’t work, which is apparently a known issue with the Dwarf II (since the Dwarf III came out).
Customer service responded with more ways to update firmware, this caused the device to be unable to connect to any apps at all.
Now, customer service wants to “remote in” to the device to fix it. However, they’re in Singapore, and their only available timeslots are in the middle of the night (for east coast).
In summary, I gave my son a brand new gift on Christmas that hasn’t worked a single time and still needs repairs a week and a half later.
**UPDATED** - This is still an issue you should be careful of, but Red Carpet Optics handled the situation wonderfully the whole time. They deserve the five stars if just for the consistent follow ups.
