Explore Scientific 72° ED Series 20mm Waterproof Eyepiece - EPWP7220ED-01
The Explore Scientific 72 degree ED 20mm eyepiece with a 1.25 inch barrel is designed for bright, wide field observing, making it ideal for scanning the night sky and viewing large celestial objects in their entirety.
With a 72 degree apparent field of view, this eyepiece delivers an expansive and immersive perspective that enhances the sense of scale when observing deep sky objects. It allows users to take in entire star clusters, nebulae, and rich star fields with ease.
The extra low dispersion glass improves image clarity by reducing chromatic aberration and enhancing contrast. This results in sharper, more natural views with better color accuracy. The comfortable eye relief supports relaxed, extended viewing sessions and makes the eyepiece accessible to a wide range of users.
This focal length is particularly effective as a low to mid power option, offering bright views and a wide field that makes it easier to navigate and enjoy the night sky.
