• 12x Magnification - The 12x magnification provides a wide, immersive viewing experience while maintaining a steady image and comfortable field of view.

• 50mm Objective Lens Diameter - The 50mm objective lenses provide excellent light-gathering performance and a bright, clear image, making the binoculars particularly well suited for wildlife observation, birding and use in lower-light conditions.

• Wide Angle View - The BD III-XD 12x50 offers a generous 5.8° field of view, equivalent to 303 feet at 1,000 yards. This expansive view makes it easier to locate and follow birds, wildlife and moving subjects while creating a more natural, immersive viewing experience. Kowa's BD III-XD range combines wide-angle optical performance with premium XD optics for detailed views across the field.

Manufactured from high-grade, fluorite-rich ED glass, they effectively suppress chromatic aberration, the color fringing that can reduce image quality, particularly in high-contrast conditions.
