Explore Scientific 102mm Refractor & Sidara Series Essential Alt-Az Mount with SkyAssist Smartphone Bracket for Manual Phone-Guided Tracking
This Sidara package pairs a 102mm refractor with the Essential mount to create a balanced system focused on brightness, versatility, and ease of use. It is designed for users who want a reliable telescope that performs well across a wide range of observing targets.
The 102mm aperture gathers significantly more light than smaller scopes, improving visibility of star clusters, nebulae, and planetary detail. The moderate focal length supports a wide field of view, making it easier to locate objects and maintain them in view.
The Essential mount provides a more stable platform with smooth slow motion controls and adjustable positioning. The dual axis control system allows for precise tracking, while the mount’s design improves comfort when observing objects at different angles. SkyAssist compatibility adds a guided experience that helps users navigate the night sky more efficiently.
This system is an excellent choice for those who want a dependable, all around telescope that is easy to use and capable of delivering consistent results.
