Ergonomic and evolutive, the bScope® EBS-1153-PLPHI compound microscope is ideal for secondary schools, universities, small and mid-sized laboratories, and veterinary applications. Its compact Siedentopf head, low-positioned stage controls, and height-adjustable eyepieces reduce fatigue during long work sessions.

The microscope features a rackless 152/197 × 131 mm mechanical stage with integrated 75 × 36 mm X-Y translation, low-profile control knobs, and a Vernier scale for precise specimen positioning.

All optics are anti-fungus treated and anti-reflection coated, providing maximum light throughput. Phase contrast imaging is enabled by the Zernike NA 1.25 condenser with phase annuli, iris diaphragm, brightfield position, alignment telescope, and green filter.

Optional cordless operation with rechargeable batteries allows portable use (batteries not included), and the 3 W NeoLED™ Köhler illumination ensures high-contrast, uniform illumination with enhanced resolution.

The bScope® series also includes a cable storage system, integrated carrying grip, anti-theft Kensington slot, and Antimicrobial Protection Layer (APL), combining durability, portability, and hygiene in a single ergonomic design.
